Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal and other electronic payment systems offered during the order process. For customized products, payment can be made by bank transfer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

3. Send your items along with our email approving the return.
4. Once we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please also note that we will not cover return shipping costs and we are not accountable for items lost in shipping.
Given some specific conditions, you have the right to return all products you have bought from our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.
Prior to your return you must receive written approval via email by our website.
All items have to be new (not used in any way) with their original labels and complete intact packaging. Otherwise the return will be rejected.
We do not cover any shipping charges for your return or exchange request. You cover the entire shipping charges and you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. We take no responsibility for any items lost during shipping.
Reimbursements will be given only at the above specific conditions and only if priory approved by us.
